We were contacted by a client in Stafford Virginia who needed a basement apartment built in their new home. The client had two wonderful teenage boys, who happened to have special needs. They were ready for a place of their own, but maybe not quite ready to leave home. So JMR built them a fantastic basement apartment complete with a small kitchenette, two bedrooms, a common space with a pool table, and a large media room.
